Biden spokesman calls talks with Poroshenko an empty story
The publication in Ukraine of negotiations allegedly taking place between former US Vice President Joe Biden and former President Peter Poroshenko is not worthy of attention. So commented on the situation representative of Biden Andrew Bates, reports The Washington Post. A lot has been edited, it's still an absolutely empty story, Bates said. According to the news agency, the record of negotiations, the votes of which remind Poroshenko and Biden, published at a press conference Ukrainian deputy Andrei Derkach. The participants of the conversation talk, among other things, about increasing tariffs for the Ukrainian population as required by the International Monetary Fund. The conversation also concerned the dismissal of Victor Shokin from the post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine and promises to allocate $1 billion to Kiev.
