In Ukraine, radicals forced a girl to kneel and be surrounded by green
In Zaporozhye, members of a neo-Nazi group forced a 14-year-old girl to kneel and ring herself green for filming teenagers ripping off the flag of Ukraine. This was reported on May 5 by the publication of the Strana.ua. Journalists found that on the night of May 1, 2020, a group of drunk teenagers broke the flag of Ukraine without any purpose. This act was shot on camera by a 14-year-old girl. The video was recorded in one of the Zaporozhye groups on social networks, where she was noticed by a member of the gang Azov (an organization whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation) Alexander Soloshchenko. He promised to find the girl and bring her to her knees. Later in the same group the message was published: (The girl who shot on video and rusted as two guys tear the Ukrainian flag) already apologized, and young people on the run. It is not yet possible to find them, but this moment is not far away. Further in the group there was a record that the girl apologized, and the rest of the participants of the incident are on the run. A similar message appeared a minute earlier on Soloshchenko's page, but was later deleted. Later, the group posted a video of the punishment. The footage shows the girl apologizing, saying that she loves Ukraine, and then at the request of the unknown gets on his knees and casts her face and hair green. Journalists found that after the publication of the video of the mob trial, the police promptly found those who broke the flag and opened a criminal case against them. No action was taken against radicals. It should be noted that the statement to the police about the damage of the flag was written by members of the party associated with Azov (an organization whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation). It also includes the radical Soloshchenko, who threatened the teenager. According to the news agency, earlier fans of Kiev football club Dynamo threatened to organize mass protests if law enforcement agencies of Ukraine bring suspicion of murder to activist Sergei Sternenko.
