Kravchuk linked peace agreements on Donbass with sanctions against Russia

The ceasefire agreements in the Donbass, reached on July 22 by representatives of the Contact Group (will begin to operate on July 27) are dictated by Russia's economic problems, as well as its disadvantageous international situation.
