The Russian Support Committee for General Ratko Mladić is closely following the events at the Hague Tribunal. This was reported on March 28 by the members of the committee deputy of the State Duma (faction of the Communist Party of Russia) Pavel Dorohin and Doctor of Historical Sciences Elena Guskova. We very much hope that doctors in the tribunal will make every effort to provide the general with proper care and recovery, the statement of the Russian Committee of Support of General Mladić reads. Earlier, General Darko Mladić's son told the correspondent by the news agency that on 28 March in the morning he had been notified from The Hague Prison that the General had been transferred to the operating unit and had begun to perform an operation to remove the polyp on the colon.
