Video of 73-year-old artist from Japan gained 5 million views on the YouTube

The 73-year-old blogger from Japan, who posts videos mainly about the technique of watercolor painting on the YouTube portal, is successful with viewers both in Japan and abroad. It is reported by the newspaper Mainichi. The most popular video by artist Harumiti Shibasaki on the Watercolor by Shibasaki channel collected more than 5 million views. Shibasaki's videos usually last from 5 to 15 minutes. They show how to paint landscapes and other paintings with watercolor. The 73-year-old blogger draws pictures and makes videos in his studio in Chiba prefecture, east of Tokyo. He told the journalist of the Mainichi newspaper that he almost always takes off his work on his own. The channel was created in 2017, as of September 27, it has more than 686 thousand subscribers.
